Services Offered

The services offered include therapeutic sessions, coaching sessions, workshops, and trainings.

Order

Appointments are made exclusively through the online booking platform.

Payment

Payment is made by credit card via the integrated platform when booking. A deposit may be required, and the balance is to be settled at the end of the session, either in cash or by Twint payment.

Reservation Confirmation

A slot is only considered reserved once payment is made. Without payment, the slot is automatically released.

Cancellation and Refund

Any session must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. In cases of force majeure (such as death, accident, etc.) occurring less than 48 hours before the appointment, a partial refund may be granted upon presentation of supporting documents. The refund is not automatic and must be requested by the client. When the provider cancels for reasons within their control, the client will be refunded 100% of the amount already paid for the service. The refund will be made within 1 to 15 working days.

Liability

The service aims to assist and/or relieve the client. Although the provider constantly works towards this goal, they cannot guarantee a result. Therefore, there can be no recourse on the result or the consequences of the treatment.

Jurisdiction

Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of Lausanne.

Data Protection

l'Allié uses the booking and patient management software from agenda.ch, subject to Swiss legislation. For more information on data processing, please visit www.agenda.ch. Any request for access, modification, or deletion of data should be addressed directly to l'Allié.

Subscriptions and Workshops

If subscribing to a subscription or workshop, it can be suspended for a maximum of one month (e.g., due to travel or accident) or postponed to the next session, provided there is one. Subscription renewals are not automatic and end on the indicated date. In case of cancellation of a subscription or workshop registration, a refund may be considered under the following conditions: up to 90 days before the start date: 100% of the amount, from 89 to 60 days before the start date: 70% of the amount, from 59 to 30 days before the start date: 30% of the amount, less than 30 days before the start date: 0% of the amount. No refund is granted for an already started subscription. The client must make a written refund request as it is not automatic. The client has 3 months from the cancellation date to assert their right to a refund. After this period, the amount is converted into a credit that the client can use with l'Allié within a year. If canceled by the provider, the client is refunded 100%.
